Zoom-entine’s Day Parties a success!
Valentine’s weekend was as busy as it was fun at the Zoom Room. On Saturday, we showed our members how much they mean to us. With heart-shaped cookies for the dogs and wine and candy for their people, we celebrated the day of love by showing our appreciation for our customers.
The next day, Valentine’s Day itself, we opened our doors and our hearts to the Four Legged Friends Foundation. The FLFF is dedicated to promoting the human/animal bond and promote programs that help familly pets and increase adoptions.
The FLFF chose the Zoom Room for their Valentine’s Day festivities. Founder/President of FLFF, Sandra, along with her helper, Sissy (a 12-year-old Chihuahua) invited FLFF fans to the Zoom Room. Again we served heart-shaped cookies for the pooches. The human guests were treated to an amazing spread donated once again by Kessie, Jenny, and Raina and their mom, Romy. We were also joined by a cat, who didn’t seem to mind being courted by a room full of dogs. Check out our Facebook page to see more pictures.
In other news, we want to congratulate Blizzard on his agility skills. After working on basic agility with us, he graduated to the majors. Last week he took first place in the standard course. He sailed through the course with a perfect score and beat an australian shepherd by a full 10 seconds! Way to go, Blizzard!
